Candy Catchでは、商品によって
「ガチャ動画」と「梱包動画」の2種類があります。

ガチャ動画

対応している商品のみ対象です。

梱包動画

対応商品のみ、有料オプションとして選択できます。

料金や対応の有無は商品によって異なりますので、各商品ページをご確認ください。

※動画撮影をご希望の場合は、通常発送よりお時間をいただく場合があります。

5. 商品・返品・お問い合わせについて

Candy Catchの商品は、商品ごとに内容・点数・カラー・デザインなどが異なります。

必ず各商品ページの説明をご確認のうえ、ご注文ください。

当店の商品には海外輸入品が含まれます。

軽微な傷、個体差、色ムラ、縫製のばらつきなど、使用に問題のない範囲については不良品には該当しません。

ご注文確定後のキャンセル・内容変更は、原則としてお受けできません。

万が一、パーツの欠損・破損・明らかな製造不良などがあった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にショップのお問い合わせよりご連絡ください。

9. Products

Product contents, quantities, colors, and designs vary depending on the item.

Please check each product page carefully before ordering.

Some of our products are imported.

Minor scratches, slight color differences, stitching variations, or small individual differences may occur and are not considered defects.

10. International Cancellations, Returns & Contact

International orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or reshipped.

If an item arrives damaged, has missing parts, or has a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
